    Black Cotton Yarn

    This yarn is made from a cleaned, pre-loved tees that have been mechanically cut into a continuous strip of yarn at approximately 1/4" | 6mm wide and 240 feet long. The yarn is soft with a little stretch, making it perfect for crochet, knitting, weaving, home projects, and other creative fiber arts. I make everything with it from pillows to tiny and big bags. This yarn is thinner than traditional spaghetti tee yarn so it is extremely versatile for any project you can imagine!

    I used to cut my yarn by hand but the consistency was all over the place, so I programmed a mechanical rotary cutter to do the magic! The result is soft, stretchy T-shirt yarn that is perfect for crochet, knitting, weaving, home projects, and other creative fiber arts. I make everything with it from pillows to tiny and big bags. 

    Each ball yarn ball comes from one individual shirt so the dye lot is consistent throughout. Have a particular color in mind? Let me know the pantone or cmyk/rgb and we'll track one down from a local thrift store!
